Stouffer's frozen lasagna has been a favorite of ours for the last several trips. I add a bag salad and breadsticks, and some type of fruit. For our upcoming trip, my son says he would rather have spaghetti and Ragu sauce(yeah, right out of a jar!), so that should be even easier. I think hot dogs would be very easy. You could bring along some frozen homemade chili from home, or just use some kind out of a can. Baked beans and coleslaw or corn-on-the-cob would be good with hot dogs. (My youngest won't eat a hot dog, so we rarely have them). My family likes the "Supper Bakes" by Campbell's(box dinner...just add chicken breasts and bake), and I pair this with some canned or frozen vegetables for a quick dinner. When my daughters were younger, they had dance class 3 times a week...so we had Hamburger Helper 3 times a week(Betty Crocker was my BEST friend!). Again, add a salad and/or vegetables, and you have a quick, easy dinner. For us, it has to be quick and easy, because the cook is on vacation, too! I used to bring practically everything with me to cook, but now I go to the Winn Dixie nearest Disney the day we check-in. I make a menu and a list of what I will need, and just pick up most things there.
