What do you call a view that is not a view?

I've read that you can no longer request an Epcot view at BCV. I assume that Epcot is still there and somewhat visible despite the Soarin building.

What terminology do they use to describe that side of the building? Has anyone had any success?

Ask for the a view of the Soarin' building :teeth:

Seriously, I would ask for a room in the area that faces the Epcot area.

I guess I might ask for woods view.

I tried that (I really wanted the view of the woods ) and they told me there's no such thing as a woods view. They've been telling me that for 2 years now, so I don't know how to ask for the area where you do view woods.

even the mention of EPcot - MS will tell that does not exist.

someone say a garden view????

how about the World showcase??? :confused3

Could you request a view facing toward the east? :confused3

Have they been there?

Did someone move the resort?

Ask them for a "big hamburger" view and then start yelping like a walrus and see what they say about that. When they tell you that you are crazy, tell them that if you are crazy that they must be blind because there is darn well IS an EPCOT view.
