What do I need when I call?

This will be my first time calling MS to make reservations for our trip home. What should I have in front of me when I call? We have decided on where we want to go and have alternates with alternate dates but what else should I have?

Member Number and last four digits of SS#.

As well as your phone number, blood type and shoe size. Seriously, the last few times they've asked for Member #, last four SSN digits, address and phone number....

I called MS to make our very first DVC ressies yesterday!

On page 20 of the New Member Handbook is a nice checklist of what info. to have on hand before you call.

When I called to make a ressie the other day, I was simply asked if I had updated my personal info lately. I said yes and was allowed to skip the address and phone verification.
