What Do I need at check in?

Do I need to present my membership card? or will the info they have in the system do?

Are you really need is your name. The CM will probably ask for a credit card - so you can charge to the room, make phone calls and utilize express check out, but that is voluntary on your part. I generally hand the CM my driver's license (saves a lot of questions verifying name and address info), a credit card and my member card (which is seldom looked at). I also have a copy of my confirmation letter (just in case, LOL), but have never needed it.

FWIW, you 'll need to have your membership card along in case you need it to get one of the Member discounts.

I am always asked for photo ID (Driver license) at check-in.

I would definitely bring your confirmation letter. We needed ours once when the resort was showing us checking in a day later.
