Well, I took your advice (most of you) and booked them a 2bdrm at OKW. They are happy with that, but still asked if I wouldn't mind trying to get them into AKV, when it opens up.

I appreciate the word of caution about renting, but I've known them for a long time and would rather do this for them, rather than a stranger.

It wasn't my intention of renting my points, but when HHI came up as a cash ressie, it sure helps offset the cost. So, it seems like a win-win.
