What do I do, I can't find my AP???

I can't find my annual pass. Yikes, not a smart moment for me. I didn't write down the #. Is there anything I can do??? Can I call Disney, do they keep any records??

If the pass is already active, all you need to do is go to Guest Relations with a photo ID. You will already be in the ATS system so they can verify your AP easily. It's a simple transaction that's done many times daily.

If you lost a voucher, you will be out of luck unless you can prove 1) it existed and 2) you owned it by a photocopy or a sales slip or invoice.
 
I lost mine and had it replaced in 5 minutes at guest relations outside of Epcot. All I needed was my photo ID. If you have lost a voucher then maybe if you have the receipt or even the cc'd charge or cancelled check they can look up the information. My advice to anyone reading - copy the back of your pass and keep all receipts!

Good luck to the OP - I know I was in semi panic mode until the minute I had the replacement pass in my hand.

Follow the advice of the other two. When I activated my pass they told me if I ever lost it, come back with an I.D. and they would replace it.
 

Also check your luggage and carry on from your last Disney trip. I have been known to "keep things safe" in my luggage so that it will be all ready for the next trip only to forget that it was safe in my suitcase. Good Luck.
 
If you already had active AP's then don't worry they WILL replace them for you.

During my two week stay last year my DH lost our AP's @ Epcot. We went to the lost and found and nothing. The park was closed and everyone was on their way out. I asked a CM @ guest relations and they told me to go to any park guest relations desk the next morning. That night I could hardly sleep, worried that Disney would not replace the lost tickets and I'd be out of brand new AP's.

Finally the next morning we ran to MGM Studios guest relations desk/counter and the CM asked for a photo ID and gave us our new AP's, he even gave us a head of the line pass for the ride of our choice. It was that simple.

Make sure you bring photo ID with you to replace the lost AP's.

they will replace vouchers as well.

last year dh accidently threw away the envelope containing our ap vouchers! :eek:

i was in a near panic. he called and they sent us new vouchers, no problem!

Thank you so much. Yes, it was active. Dh and I were not planning on going again this year, but now have changed our minds. Imagine that!!! I just freaked when I couldn't find our annual passes. We sure wouldn't be going again without them.
