What do I do?!? (girl troubles)

Okay, so here's the problem. I really like this girl but, she just broke up with one of my friends. They broke up because they never talked, and me and her always talk. Whenever I'm with her, I cant help but be happy and feel warm even if its like 20 degrees outside. I would ask her out, but again she just broke up with a friend of mine. He's not really a close friend, but I have known him and his family so I dont want to start drama. What should I do!?!
