what do i do about tinkerbelle??

my eldest grandbrat is really into tinkerbelle; last time we went to wdw the middle grand got sick so we were only in disney one day...

she really wants to see/get an autograph from tink herself... what am i gonna do?? anybody have any ideas? she's 10... i'm so afraid the magic is almost over for her age on this one and i really have a hard time "lying" to her about this one... has anybody done or gotten anything arranged with tink? thanks in advance (guilty gramma) the nina.... Because Tink is a fairy and soooo small, you cannot get her autograph. The best you can hope for is to "wake Tink". You will need to do directly to the Tink's Treasures shop at rope drop to have a chance to do this and of course, Tink's chest needs to be working.

Now that more people know about this, more people try to do it and if your DD and someone elses DD get there at the same time, your DD may not be chosen.

Another option may be to get a spot under "Tink's Closeline" during Wishes. As long as it's not real windy or raining Tink flys from the castle to the top of the noodle station. If you can sit under the line, you will get a great view of Tink.

Maybe at the front desk of your resort, tell them that your granbrat (I love that) is really into tinkerbell and see if they can have a postcard or something delivered to your room that has Tinkerbell's signature on it. It would be very magical for her to come back into the room and have something from Tink.

Make sure you get a good spot for Wishes and she can see Tink with own eyes. Also you could have Tink leave little treats on her pillow.

Carry a little baggie of "pixie dust" around with you, and whenever you can drop some around the parks/resorts point it out to your gd and tell her she just missed Tink fly by, or that Tink must have just been around. You can also sprinkle it on her and the bed while she's sleeping and when she wakes up in the morning tell her that Tink must have come by while she was sleeping.

We did the Family Magic Tour and got a certificate autographed by Tinkerbell (as well as Peter Pan and Wendy.) My daughter thought that was the coolest thing in the world, especially since we found the lantern Tink escaped from on our tour.
