What do Disney do if they exercise ROFR

Does anyone know the percentage ( roughly) that Disney will exercise ROFR...do you know anyone that it has happened to?

What do Disney do with points they have bought ......do they resell them...is there a site that one can go to, to enquire?

Disney bought our contract out from under us last year.

My guide says its about aquiring inventory for current members (though I do suspect driving the price has something to do with it as well). If a contract comes to them and they have members waiting for points with that use year and they wont loose any money on it, they will buy the contract and sell the points off to waiting members.

So Disney bought our contract because current members with the an April use year wanted points at Hilton Head and the price of the contract wasnt so high that they would loose money in the process.

Disney sells them to members who wish to buy add-ons!

Disney exercises ROFR to keep the resale prices at a certain level. There are threads on this board that talk about the prices and conditions of contract that have passed the ROFR.

There isn't a "site" to go on to buy the ones that Disney has bought back. Members go on a waiting list for add ons with the necessary use year to become available.
