What Disney Tip Are you really glad you listened to?

It Has A Sticky Side And Soft Side, You Cut It Bigger Than Your Blister, Cut A Hole So Blister Is Not Covered And It Will Cushion Around The Blister So It Doesn't Hurt, Ds Is A Boy Scout He Taught Me All About Mole Skin.

I'm not criticizing, just curious...

I often see posts like this where every word is capitalized. Is that something you do on purpose or does some program or something do that? :confused3

Stupid question alert:
um, what exactly is "moleskin" made out of?
It feels like a type of felt, almost like ultra-suede. The thicker moleskin seems to have a foam core. But I like the earlier poster's answer better: MOLES! :rotfl:

After accidently picking up the wrong luggage 4-5 times ( all black!) I went and bought a new set. It's lepoard print. I have never saw anyone with it and have no problem picking it out!!!

If you've already purchased the black luggage and don't want to replace the set (save the $$ for Dis) then...

...purchasing the super-sticky shower/tub anti-slip decals and placing them on both sides of the luggage works really well.

...tying a bright ribbon on the handle will set it apart

...buying paint pens at the craft store and letting your kids "decorate" the bags is a cool way of personalizing them AND freezing a moment in time. Use the silver metallic pens for them to show up REALLY well. :)

You could also get a really unique luggage tag. I had a chococat (Sanrio) and a butterfly tag on my luggage- I saw it from afar every time!

I have no idea, but I found it in walmart in the pharmacy area with all the corn remover stuff. It looks like a thick piece of felt and comes two sheets that are about 4 x 4 inches. There is a piece of adhesive on the back- I didn't actually have blisters, so didnt cut a hole in it. But it was a miracle worker for preventing blisters.

I would also highly suggest GOOD insoles in your shoes. My brother wore flip flops the first day and highly regretted it.

Oh, gosh, that's gross!! :rotfl: Can you imagine? Mental image!! :crazy2:

I have a Chococat tag!! It wasn't really necessary, though. I have a champagne colored, LV-inspired Hello Kitty suitcase. It tends to stick out quite a bit.

What a great thread! I have just started reading through it-only on page 5 - but I have found some great tips and advice.

The best tip I received was years ago when my husband and I went.....

On the first day of your trip, instead of making concrete plans, go to the bus stop and get on whatever bus shows up first. It was great-and happened to be Magic Kingdom the first time we tried it!

whoa!! i started reading this thread at 4pm and i finally finished with all the info and it is now 9:55 pm... but such great advice
