Just wondering what diet must WISHers are utilizing. Also take a bow and tell us how you're doing or if you need a :grouphug: and a pat on the back to get back out there reenergized.. Have fun !! And Good Luck getting Healthy!

I'm on my 1st week of JC. So far so good. Foods good but its on the pricey side. Tomarrow is 1st weigh in :scared1:

Have done WW for several years at several different time. I love the fact that once I learned the points system and eating routine......I know that I will forever be able to control weight. It was a life change, that I will prolly always fall back on!

I'm just counting calories. This way I know I can eat what I want as long as I don't exceed my calorie limit.

I'm doing WW online and I love it. It couldn't be easier, and I can eat pretty much anything I want. I weigh in once a week using my home scale, and I have some very supportive message board friends to cheer me on.

I voted for "My Own" although I think it's a bit of a stretch to call it a diet.

Quite simply, I am trying to eat more sensibly - less junk, more healthful food while at the same time eating silghtly smaller meals. I'm still eating desserts etc - I'm just eating them in much smaller quantities

I am own my own eating plan. I know WW has the commercial that says diets don't work but WW does. Well (and please don't flame me for this) but WW is a diet also. I would rather find a healthy eating alternative that works for me so I can achieve my goals. Again, that's just me.

I agree, it's just a different way of counting calories.

I'm on my third week of Jenny Craig and enjoying it so far. I joined the rewards program and have been saving money with the food. I buy my own yogurt instead of their anytime bars and skip the soupetizers. I think that saves me $30+.

I guess Other and my own are kind of similar for me. I am logging what I eat at sparkpeople and trying to stay within the recommended protein, carb, and fat range. I'm working between 12,000-16,000 calories depending on the day and my level of activity.

Good luck everyone!

We can do this!

:cheer2:
