What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

Grilled pork tenderloin, sauteed brussel sprouts with bacon, mashed potatoes with gravy.
 
Pork ribs, Mac and cheese and asparagus with some chocolate cake for dessert
 

yes.......pretty easy

7 cans whole green chiles (4 ounces each)
3/4 pound Monterey Jack cheese, cut in strips
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup flour1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Split chiles lengthwise, rinse and remove seeds. Drain on paper towels. Pat dry.
Stuff chiles with cheese strips.
Place 1/2 chiles in greased 11x7" baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Cheddar. Repeat layers.
In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, flour, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Pour over chiles.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Let stand for 10 minutes

We had bbq burgers, potato salad, macaroni salad and broccoli salad. Nothing quite like the first bbq of the season!!!!
 
Cut up sausage, bell peppers and onions cooked in a skillet, corn on the cob, left over tomato and onion in Italian dressing salad

was going to make sloppy joe tater tot casserole, but I spent the day making 2.5 pints of tomatillo salsa, 4.5 pints Serrano pepper salsa, and 1 quart pickled jalapeños.
