What did you have for dinner last night?

Last night was lovely, I had an island pizza from the Pyramid Brewery. I don't drink beer and I was driving, so I stuck with water to drink, but my friends really enjoyed the Apricot Amber.

For lunch today I had the basic burger and skin-on fries at Skillet in Seattle Center, oh em gee, I recommend that.

I'm jealous! I love Afghan food and haven't had any since I left the country.

I love it, and we have what seems to be a really great place close by. I have leftovers for lunch today. Best part, its reasonably priced, I get the special which is tandoori chicken, rice, and a veggie (I get the cauliflower), salad and na'an bread, served with a drink for $8. I easily get 2 meals out of it!

Turkey Sandwich with cheese and green chili...yum!

Green chile? tell me more about the green chile on your sandwich...... :)

I had cheese steak, with mushrooms, garlic and hot and sweet peppers...... :goodvibes

That sounds amazing. I miss na'an like crazy. Now that I'm in the Seattle area I'll bet I can find a decent Afghan restaurant. I think I'm going to start looking.

If you have a Trader Joe's by you look for their na'an in the freezer section, it's pretty much amazing, especially for frozen. LOL I hope you find yourself an awesome Afghan place soon!

I made a casserole, used some leftover chicken I cut into chunks, mixed it with hashbrowns, added 2 cups of sharp cheddar, cream of mushroom soup (thought I had cream of chicken but I didn't), sour cream, some garlic salt (probably should have added more of this) mixed it up, spread it in a dish and covered it with more cheese and some dry stuffing. Baked it for 45 minutes at 375, served it with salad and crescent rolls. It was good but not amazing, I'll make changes next time I make it. :)

Kielbasas with sauteed onions, green peppers and mushrooms
I actually made homemade baked beans in the crock pot, not bad! :cool1:

And where are Skiingfast and Gisele????

No idea where Skiingfast and Gisele are, but we do a great of job on keeping this thread going. ;)

You guys both had Kielbasa :) lol

We had Thai food, yellow curry, pineapple fried rice, appetizers, chicken with broccoli and peanut sauce, it was gooooood!

I didn't get hungry until 9 so I ate popcorn......lol I know I know....hahaha

McDouble, fries, and chicken nuggets. What I actually ate, I really don't know, but that is what they have named these specimens.
