What did you have for dinner last night?

The doggie experience rather reminds me of the infamous scene in A Christmas Story, where the darn !@$^* Bumpesses dogs came into Ralphies kitchen where upon like starving buzzards descended upon the families Christmas turkey! Not a wing left, barely a carcass..... so sad..... :(

Oh and I dined upon McDonald's. A quarter pounder with cheese, please, fries. And a yummy chocolate shake! One word of advice on the Wi Fi there, yes, it is at no charge, but your laptop better have a full battery charge, because there are no power outlets. For that, one needs to go to Starbucks!

Last night was pot roast, mashed potatoes, corn and crescent rolls. Tonight is more of a fend for yourself night. He won't be home for another half hour and the kid is at work. I don't cook for just me. ;)

We had Thai food last night, tonight it's a fend for yourself night..I'm going out with a friend tonight. :)

I had grilled some extra chicken a while back. Made some enchilada mix the other day when I had some of the chicken. Tonight had the enchilada. Spicy, but fine with me, I accidently put in a can of diced jalepenos instead of green chiles.

It was a picnic so fried chicken from the grocery store, while wishing for something green.

Gisele, LOL; yes it is rather funny to think about, about the dog stealing the roast beast, although DH wasn't laughing that his dinner was eaten!

I was in a store similar to Trader Joe's the other day and low and behold what caught the corner of my eye, but ...............ELK!!!! Frozen ELK!!!

We're still on low salt here with DH and nothing green either, 3 nights to go and then LASAGNA!!!- slathered with cheese and Maldon salt!

Tonight is Moroccan meatballs with sweet and sour dip and tomato, basil and olive bruschetta with olive oil grilled crostini.
Low salt and no parmesan of course.

No, didn't buy any *elk*.

A salad with grill chicken breast, mandarin orange slices, grapes, walnuts and feta. Sesame vinegarette dressing.

No elk last night.

That salad sounds like the one at Pizza Port?? With the carmelized walnuts and vinaigrette. Yum!

That darn (frozen) elk in the store scared the beegeebies out of me! :rotfl2:
I almost rolled the shopping cart.

**Tonight** is the last low salt, dairy free night!!!

Tonight:
Chicken with truffle sauce, Tabouli with lime and cherry tomatoes.

That salad sounds like the one at Pizza Port?? With the carmelized walnuts and vinaigrette. Yum!

Similiar, but I only crushed the walnuts.

Last night Meatballs in Marinara over potatos'o gratin. They were left overs but made a decent combo.

Pixiewings - sounds great! That's what I'm making tonight!

Lasagna with sausage and tons of ricotta and mozzarella and basil, salad, garlic bread

It was good, and it's one of the meals that both the girls love to eat. :) That's always a plus!!

Last night we grabbed Subway, had that and some chips while we watched Despicable Me....I love that movie. LOL

I am trying to remember what I dined upon last night??? Seeing how I am still trying to recall, it could not have been too good. This evening though, I noshed upon (As it were) the salad bar at The Petaluma Market. Pricey, in my opinion, but tasty.

Last night DD11 wanted to make dinner, so we had hamburger helper and crescent rolls...and yes, she cooked most of it, I helped with the hamburger because it was frozen. :)

Hooray for Hamburger Helper! Warning: never try it with soy!
:scared1:

Last night was Spicy Pineapple Shrimp with Linguini.

I grabbed some Mexian, Chicken Taco and Shredded(almost was) beef enchilada. Not a bad dinner out.

Ben and Jerry's, Everything But The...

I was way too lazy to cook last night.
