Grilled porchop with a honey mustard terriyaki marinade. It came out perfect with the hint of spicy mustard and sweet honey complementing the terriyaki. I was really pleased.

Had some spinach salad on the side.

I will be heading to Mikey's place for his tasty b b q. I love b b q! Plus Shasta County is beautiful.

Did anyone know that sheep can actually be milked? I thing that is odd and weird. It is true though, this is not my brand of fiction. The milk is used to make cheese. There is goat cheese, hedge cheese (Something entirely different) and dairy cow cheese. Then there is sheep cheese. I don't believe that I have sampled that. And am pretty sure that I do not want to either. No offense to sheep, nor to their people.

Oh what with all of this talk about (As it were), well actually other things..... :)
I forgot to add that last night I noshed upon Americas number one classic food......... weenies........ all beef. And kosher too please! Gracias! :)

BBQ Beef brisket, French Fries, Beans, and Fireworks.

We had BBQ ribs, BBQ chicken, pasta salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, corn on the cob and I made some Big Thunder BBQ cole slaw!!!!! Tasted exactly like the slaw in the park, it was awesome!!!!!!!

Pixiewings, so dish......what's in the coleslaw??? Maybe I wanna make it!

Last night's dinner btw: homemade chicken with dumplings in a yummy creamy chickeny sauce with that Better Than Boullion stuff (at Costco and grocery stores) but I also used some homemade chicken stock that had been frozen. Veggies too and Hawaiian rolls.

It was pretty easy, just cabbage and carrots, I also added some leeks and some red onion, then you make a dressing of oil, white wine vinegar, celery seed, paprika, cayenne pepper and pour it over the veggies. OMG it was soooooooooooo good!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night I made pasta, garlic bread and salad.

Texas Roadhouse, there might be another dinner spot in the city, but I will never know. That steak was incredible.

LOL Skiingfast. I think it was the Roadhouse where I discovered baked sweet potatoes with honey butter. :)

Thanks pixiewings, I usually buy the coleslaw dressing in a bottle, ;p

Tonight is just tacos and Spanish rice. (Kid friendly food)

That is what my friend had, two as both his sides. He didn't know what sweet potatos were but they dissapeared quickly.

Last night I made tacos.

I may be going out on a limb here Skiingfast, but I'm thinking you don't sneak veggie burger into your child's tacos???

Nobody here ever knows, really! :woohoo:
