Day 14 of the IPCEO!
I CAN NOT BELIEVE I'VE GONE TWO WEEKS WITHOUT EATING OUT!!!!
I let DS borrow $60 last Sunday, and it's still in my wallet in the same three $20 bills he gave me back on Monday.I got kerfuffled yesterday and forgot to make the dough for pizza last night, so we had taco's instead. In fact I forgot to eat yesterday until dinner time. (It's deadline weekend for some articles I've got due, and as usual I've procrastinated until the end...) SO my food expenditures for the day were next to nothing!
Today I'm going to fill out some paperwork I need to send in to get
almost $1500 of reimbursable medical expenses back from my health insurance. That will go towards the pay off the car fund.
And I'm going to buy the Sunday paper for the first time in years and cut the coupons. Then I'm going to subscribe to it to get it for half price every week.
This afternoon I'm going to send some e-mails to publicists to request advance copies of a bunch of CD's that are coming out in the next few months as well as get on the guest list for a bunch of upcoming shows--all FREE!
I've still got an extra free ticket to the sold-out Red Hot Chili Peppers show Tuesday night, I'm thinking about selling it, it's worth $57 face value. Not sure how easy it will be to sell a single ticket though. Maybe one of the scalpers outside will give me $30 for it.

Or maybe I"ll bestow a random act of kindness. That's what I usually do with extra free tickets, I give them to someone outside the venue who looks normal and needs a ticket. I ask them to make a donation to the local food bank in return.
Tomorrow night DS works the afternoon/evening shift, so I'll make my once a month trip over to the magazines office after my day gig and get my mail, that should bring in 30 or so free CD's, and of those historically three will be good/keepers.

I only like to make the trip after my day job because it's so out of the way from my house, and at least if I go from work I'm about 30% there.
