What a way to spend 3 hours easter morning

Her temp hit 103 this morning and she was coughing so hard i thought she would cough up a lung

SO three hours and 75 dollars later
she is on Antibiotics and sleeping on the couch

I started my Easter Sunday off taking my DD to the ER as well! She started complaining around 9pm when we returned from seeing "The Wild" that it burned when she went "potty". She was up two times during the movie, and was in the bathroom about every 10 minutes. There was no urgent care open or the after hours pediatric clinic, so we went to the ER. We waited FOREVER, as she was not a high priority (which I totally understood, but I wanted to get antibiotics in her as soon as possible) - and arrived back home at 7am. I am soooo tired. I got only about 3 hours of interrupted sleep after we got home.

This is my sister and great nephews last day her in Orlando with us. Luckily we had planned a day at home for the kids to play in the pool and relax, but I am just sooooo tired and cranky that it will be nice to come home after I drop them off around 5:00. I'm going to CRASH. We had a busy week of visiting the parks, so I am ready for some down time before working tomorrow!

I am going back out to sit by (or maybe in) the pool for a bit! I could sooo take a nap!

I hope your DD is feeling better. Mine is doing okay - she's got the first dose of anitbiotic in her and some Cystex (?) for the pain. Luckily we caught it early before she was really feeling crappy!

I hope both of your little ones feel better soon. My DD is with her DD until sometime tomorrow. She was originally going to come home today, but he realized that she has off this upcoming week and asked if he could keep her an extra day then bring her back home and do somethings around the house for me. So I am here with DM and we are just chilling. The dogs are even chillin today. I am not even making Easter dinner, DD was going to be coming home after having dinner with her dad.
