Dining table swap looks like it worked out with Robert's mum - just need to swap the chairs out now. The round table looks much better in our dining room.
We planted out 3/4 of the seed potatoes today as planned, as well as some lettuce seed and some other various vege/herb seeds.
I cooked some meat for the dogs & cat and froze into meal servings for them - sure beats buying rubbish tinned food.
Cooked enough for dinner tonight with leftovers for two lunches and another dinner for us and it was "budget" too... It was a pasta sauce which I'll serve with potatoes later in the week.
Thawed out some soup for tomorrow nights dinner to resist the "takeaway" urge with Robert working late this week.
Loaded some more online auctions - nothing that will sell for any large amounts of money though - just some books and a CD.
Weather looks to be good this week so I'll be biking to work if it holds out (spring weather can be a little erratic, more than usual).
Handy hint - when cooking meals, if possible serve or add more veges or if making spaghetti sauce, add lentils or beans. It reduces the per serving calorie content and keeps down the cost of the meal - meat is expensive!
