What DID you do differently on your LAST trip?

Segway Tour. Best thing we've ever experienced at WDW. See pic below.

Let's see...

Stayed at WL
Had dinner at Crystal Palace
Had lunch at Teppinyaki
Went to Cirque du Soleil

We always try to do a couple of different things every trip.

On our upcoming April trip we already know 2 things we are doing different: Staying at POR and doing the Segway Tour. :cool1:

-Brought my mom, dad (divorced from each other but civil to each other), and sister.
-Stayed at GF... loved it... would do it again in a minute if we could afford it again... got a great rate that time!
-Sent kids to Alice in Wonderland Tea Party... they really enjoyed it.

We skipped Spectromagic at MK and rode as many rides as we could while there weren't any lines! I've seen Spectromagic a million times but I LOVE it so it was really hard for me to skip! It was fun to go on rides like Peter Pan though that (without kids) we would never usually wait in a long line for!

We saw "O Canada" and "Reflections of China". We really liked the China movie, the Canada movie.... not so much

We went with my sister and her family. Her husband loves thrill rides but doesnt like to shop. We love to shop my DH and I. We did the parks solid for 5 days lots of rides ( Tower of Terror 8 times!) Then DH and I did all our shopping on the last couple of days. Also we did the Adventurers Club and PI which we had never done before which was very VERY cool.

Yes as being a Canadian. The movie is well.. um .. sad. The China one was just updated I heard so maybe just maybe they will update "O Canada". It needs it.

We stayed at WL for the 1st time (but definitely not the last)

Also, this was the 1st time we employed the 'avoid the EMH park' philosophy and it seemed to work out well.

We did the Fantasmic Dinner Package.Thought it was well worth it.Loved the food at Mama Melrose's and NOT waiting in line to see the show.....now that was coooooool!!! :cool1:

Rented a car for the 1st time. Loved having it !!

On our last trip we looking at DVC properties because we wanted to purchase some points. We stopped by each resort, looked around.. talked to a few people walking around, talked to a few of the CMs even took a tour at some of the rooms. When we returned home we made a call to Jaki and purchased a resale of 300 points at the Villas at the Wilderness Lodge. First time we had ever gone to one of the DVC resorts...

On our other trips to Disney World, we had never taken a day off from the parks.

Last trip, with a 15 month old, we did. And amazingly, we will never go to Disney again without those moments to rest or take a day off (from the parks).

On our free day...we lounged around the resort, went to some of the other resorts and we did some shopping. We had a blast!

We are going for 10 days this January trip and I am looking forward to those days in the parks...but I am also looking forward to our free day. LOL :Pinkbounc

My husband and I went last October for a weekend... without the kids!

We hung out at the Boardwalk... going to ESPN to watch the RedSox kill the Yankees....
The next day, he hung out at the pool bar, watching the game, while I browsed through Downtown Disney.

It was just fun to go... and enjoy the atmosphere ... not rushing from one attraction to another!
