I didn’t bake but I made strawberry ice cream over my lunch break. I made the base yesterday so I just had to churn it today.

Made some cookies for a grandson/granddaughter dual Toy Story/Barbie party. The decals on the Toy Story cookies were edible wafers I got on Amazon. The doll head cookies were difficult as they were very large and if picked up the wrong way you would snap her neck. The pink bows are melted candy wafers that I put in a silicone bow mold

DGD just put a cake in the oven for DD's birthday on Sunday.
She will come over tomorrow to make the frosting and decorate it.

DD and I made these “Cookie Monster” cookies. Apparently she saw the recipe on TikTok and wanted to try them. They are the best cookies I’ve ever had! So amazingly good. They have chunks of Oreos and chips ahoy cookies in them, along with white chocolate chips and there’s melt chocolate in the center. There sooooo good.

I made a cake from a box. I made "Creme Brule Cookies" and Loaded M & M oreo cookie bars. In addition to M & M cookies yesterday along with chocolate peanut butter chip cookies yesterday.

Also froze 3 bags of 4 cups rhubarb. Gave some away too.

You can give me some please! Or can I come to your house for dinner? They don't grow rhubarb in this part of the country and I miss it! Last month we made it up to our old homeland, Massachusetts and discovered the joys of rhubarb strawberry preserves there (yes, it was rhubarb strawberry, not strawberry rhubarb, nice and rhubarb-heavy). You might look in to making some preserves.

My husband only likes rhubarb in his pie ,no strawberry. It is strawberry season I have some fresh ones in my fridge too.
