Not baking, but I made fresh pasta with pork, dried tomatoes, kale, onions, cheese and mushrooms.

Spareribs today and yesterday I made raison bread pudding. We have tiered rate electricity so I usually only bake in the evening or on weekends if I bake at all.

Wednesday for the last day of school baking, DGD made scones. She loves scones and they came out really good
