Thanks! Super easy recipe. 4 cups sugar mixed with 1 cup milk, heat med low til boiling then stir 2 minutes while boiling. Take off heat, mix in 1 and 1/2 cups PB and 2 tsp vanilla, pour into 13x9 pan and let cool. Very good, but very sweet. You can half recipe for 8x8 pan. Those look great...would you care to share your fudge recipe? Thanks in advance if you do!

I make lasagna a lot and have never used a béchamel, I use a ricotta/egg/cheese mix. I never even knew this was a thing till now. But béchamel is easy, equal amounts butter (or other fat) and flour, and you add milk. Melt the fat, stir in flour, stir til no lumps and add milk. Stir then let simmer til thickened to your liking, stir occasionally. Amounts depend on your recipe. Béchamel is one of the French mother sauces, and is used in lots of recipes.Today I just tested my new oven and baked lasagna for the children, it turned out very tasty, but I still need to work on the bechamel sauce, can someone share the recipe?

I am asking for suggestions to make it less watery. We enjoyed it….but really, something needed to be done about liquid in pan from the zucchini. I let it sit to firm up, but it was sitting in way too much liquid!Today I made a zucchini lasagna!
The recipe I use says to put the zucchini slices in the oven and bake them for 15 minutes.I am asking for suggestions to make it less watery.
