What deck are the officer's quarters on

Hi All.

I currently have a stateroom guarantee for the 7/23 sailing. The CM I spoke with said that he could not provide my stateroom # since it isn't final yet, but that as of today it is on the same deck as the Officer's Quarters.

Does anyone know if this is on Deck 1?

They are next to the bridge. If you look at the ship deck plans you can see a bunch of cabins that don't have any numbers.

Some are on 8. There are also a bunch of conference rooms that don't appear on deck plans...again, for staff use.

They are all forward on the ship and accessible through the forward CM doors on decks 5-8, along with the bridge area. We have stayed decks 5, 7 and 8 forward and the officers are always walking to and from there.

There is also at least one in the aft, on Deck 6.

the officers quarters are divided up into differnt areas. if a fire were to happen or something else bad you wouldnt want all your officers in one area.

I happen to know that on the first crossing of the Magic in the Panama Canal an officers cabin was deck 5 aft in a passenger listed room. I know this cause a female frind of mine visited this cabin more than once. I am not going to say any more as I do not want to accidently drop any hints of who that officer is, as he is a nice guy and I do not want to see him get in trouble.

There are times when officers, DCL execs, etc. stay in guest cabins--typically when there are extra crew members onboard as in special cruises.

There are also passageways, work stations, etc. for various CMs including some for officers all around the ship. I KNOW there is one on deck 5 aft as we've seen a CD mysteriously appear thru an unmarked door....as well as seeing characters seem to vanish into no where!
