What Days For What Parks?

We are going to Disney in a little over a week. Coming in early on a Sunday. We've gone once before almost 2 years ago. With the early entrance days, this was how we determined which park to visit on that day. We did the HDD and a character breakfast. Nine days and we packed it all in. Is there anything else that we could have done besides Universal? Looking for tips.

We do the park that is Early Entry (EE), then head back to our resort at arounf noon for a swim. Then back to a different park in the late afternoon. You can find which park is EE on www.wdwig.com
