What day to call for Mother's Day Reservation?

I just called -- it's Sun. Feb. 8th -- Disney Dining and they said that I was one day off from making my Mother's Day Dinner ADR and the rest of my trip. I'm so confused now since my countdown calendar that's on my desktop says that I'm 90 days away today from my trip beginnning May 10th. I thought I had this all figured out. Am I just out of wack or how does this new system work. They said I was one day off. Is it really 89 days or 90 and I just got someone who didn't know what they were doing?... HELP! I feel so lost now...

It has to be under 90 days so in reality 89 days 23 hours and 59 seconds is when you can start booking
