What day of the week is best for MK?

We are going to be in Orlando 12/1-12/4 (Wednesday-Saturday).
I was leaning more towards going on Saturday simply because they will be open til 9pm. However, I thought about it again, and I thought maybe during the week would be better. I know there are many experts here that can answer this question.

Well if you go on the weekends, expect the locals to join. Try like a Tuesday - Thursday.

Actually, MK is now open until midnight on Sat, 12/4!

I would plan on touring MK on Wed, Thurs, or Fri. Then I would hop over to MK on Saturday night to see Spectro and Wishes. Epcot would be a good option for Sat during the day.

Is Thursday still an EE day? It was this summer and it was horribly crowded. Check which day is the EE day and avoid it.

It was suggested to me, when I was thinking of doing MK on Saturday, 12/4, due to Spectro, and AK on Friday, to flip flop them as AK was EE on Fri, so I will go on Sat, and Iwill go to MK on Fri. After AK closes on Sat, I will head over to MK for the eveing, Spectro and Wishes. Also, now 2 Spectros, 8 and 11.

Open til midnight?! Really?!?! That's the day we arrive! Awesome

WE have always found Sunday mornings to be quite nice at the MK. Crowds sometimes build as the day goes on but several hours are delightful.

Note that the ABC taping of the MK Christmas Parade will occur on Sat 12/4 and Sun 12/5. You also have Spectro x2 and Wishes as noted. Be prepared for extremely high crowd levels on 12/4.

My general rule of thumb is Never Ever Ever Go To MK on Saturday....No Matter What!!!!!!

Saturday is always the busiest day at MK. if you are staying at a resort besure to go in for the early entry. if not a guest, the crowds are less after 4pm in the afternoon.
I personally thing that you should go to MK every day, just to do Buzz Lightyear

I have found that Wednesday's are pretty good crowd wise, even during spring break season

Hi. I was just there 11/6-11/13 and we did ee on Sun the 7th and got sooooo much done early in the am. No line for Buzz-rode it twice(or maybe 3) times in a row. The crowds were really manageable on Sunday as oppossed to Thurs the 11th, but that was Veterans Day so who knows, lol! Have a great time. They were just putting all the resorts decorations up when we were there, I can only imagine how beautiful it must look now!!
