We have rented DVC points this time, and from some different things I am reading I am wondering what comes in the room.

Do you need to purchase coffee filters and coffee?

Also do you need to bring soap and things?

What size villa are you staying in? That makes a difference.

You will have toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, trash bags in your villa. YOu will get them replaced every four days. If you need more than that, you'll need to supply your own.

You will have at least one prefiltered pouch of coffee in your villa. You'll need extra coffee and basket type filters if you want more than one pot of coffee every four days.

We got 2 packets of coffee in our studio at OKW(not sure if that's normal), as well as dishwashing soap, in addition to everything else mentioned.

We normally pack pre-measured scoops of laundry soap in ziplock bags so we can start a load each morning as we go to the parks and then dry them when we get back. You could do the same for coffee rather than buying an entire can and using just a few scoops. I seem to remember there is enough dishwashing soap to do about two loads, so if you want to cook in your room alot, that may be something you want to get. I think mousekeeping will give you extras of those if you ask. We never use our coffee, so you can have our allotment :thumbsup2

There is no dishwasher in the studio, so you only get dish detergent, not dishwasher detergent. Also, no laundry detergent (you get a single use box of Tide in the one bedroom or larger).

You'll have a couple of real coffee mugs, a few real glasses and the rest disposables (paper plates, paper bowls, plastic flatware). If you need more disposables, you can ask for them. No serving dishes or tools. Toaster, microwave oven and coffee maker. Undercounter refrigerator and it should have a small freezer section (not very big, but you could freeze a couple of water bottles).

Enjoy your stay. You'll have a great time sitting on your porch watching the animals.

The studio does not have a washer/dryer so starting a load each day is not possible.
