sailing Wonder May 9th
78 days and counting: :

The $99 deal is for a category similar to the one you sailed in January. If you sailed in a stateroom with a verandah, you will sail in a stateroom with a verandah. DCL will try to place you in the same category you sailed in January, but they are not able to guaranty it. Stateroom assignments are not made when you book the reservation, but later when Inventory Control has received your certificate and determined need on that sailing.

The $99 voucher offer was in three tiers, according to what category you sailed in on your January 4 or 7 day cruise.

If your January category was:
Cat 1 to 7, you'll be placed in a category 4 to 7, this is the veranda tier.
Cat 8 or 9, you'll be placed in a category 8 or 9, this is the outside tier.
Cat 10 to 12, you'll be placed in a category 10 to 12, this is the inside tier.

I haven't heard of much flexibility with the $99 voucher offer, such as paying an additional amount to move into another tier of categories, and it wasn't mentioned when I called to book my cruise. I was in a category 6 in January.

I would have liked to have added additional passengers to my cabin with the $99 voucher and I assumed that I could just pay the full additional passenger fee, but they don't allow that either. We had two passengers in our cabin in January and that's all we can have in the fall.

Hope this helps.

I just booked our $99 Wonder cruise for December. We got to pick our rooms and added one person. I was surprised. We could've moved up one floor for the same price but it would've been right under the pool, Top Siders, etc so we decided to play it safe and get a quieter room on the same floor we had the last time. For two rooms and eight of us the cost was $1,000. What a steal!!!!!!!!!!

You might try calling DCL back. Good luck!
