What can't you use Disney gift cards for?

Is there any thing that you can't use Disney gift cards for at the parks? Snack carts, parking or anything like that? Just trying to figure how much I should get in advance. Thanks!

We just got back and the only places where we couldn't use them was at some of the mobile snack carts and also some of the non-disney restaurants didn't take them such as many of the ones in Downtown Disney.

If you can pay with a credit card you can pay with the giftcard.

Of course non-disney owned places won't/can't take them either.

If you can't use your gift card see if you can charge it to your room and then pay with the gift card at the front desk when you check out.
