Would something like this work?
The rod part is flexible, so you can have it straight or coil it like the picture. It's strong enough to hold up a phone, so tubing should not be an issue.

You could clip it to the table or part of your machine and use the rod part around/by your tubing to provide support.

If you didn't want to drape the tubing over the hook at the top, you could use A Velcro cable tie strap.

Oh my gosh you guys that cone thread holder might be a great solution, my mom loves to sew and she might actually have one of those! I'm gonna ask her about it and see if she has one I can try, I'm also gonna grab suction cups and tape at the store this weekend. Lots of stuff to try in the next few days to see what works best. Thanks again for all the help.

Also I don't want anyone to think I don't take care of my machine and tubing, I change my tubing every three months, and constantly clean the filter on the machine. I've been taking breathing treatments most of my life, but the tubing being kinked is something I've only had an issue with in the last 3+-ish years with my current nebulizer machine, so that's why I'm going to get a new machine in case the issue is with this machine being on its last leg.

Glad we can help @BabyFu18! I'm always the MacGyver of the family figuring out how to jerry-rig anything. As a warning even if that cone holder works some of them are a little tippy -but if you bring a roll of painter's blue tape you could tape the base down to the table. I have a nice cast iron based one for sewing but I don't know if I'd wanna put cast iron in my luggage lol.



(btw I only mentioned changing out the tubing because I personally know someone who hadn't changed her tubing out in the five years she had had the machine. Gives me the willies thinking about it but she had NO clue that she needed to change that tube out- she only ever changed the end cup/mouthpiece part. Hopefully you can get a new machine and not need any of our wonderful advice )
