What cabin would you recommend?

Currently planning a trip down to WDW in January. We have never have been to WDW in my 36 years, but are excited and looking forward to it.

The question is if you could hand pick one of the cabins to call home for a week, what loop would you pick. Thanks in advance. have an awesome day everyone.

I just got back from the Fort this week and have stayed in the cabin loops in the past. My favorite was the 2200 loop which is in the main cabin section but nearest the pool/campsites and such. I also liked to get near the entrance of the loop (low numbers like 2201 or 2202 or the very highest) because there was a bus stop where that loop meets the main cabin road so it was a short walk from the internal bus stop to our cabin (walking at the Fort isn't bad anyway).

Some cabin loops like 2700 or 2800 can be pretty big and if you get a cabin at the back side of it (nice and quiet), you have a little bit more walk to get to the bus stop. Other folks might recommend loops near bus stops which is a good strategy.

Hopefully I'll be there in early January too for the Marathon Week.
