well i shop at target a lot as my local one carry groceries and often can have the best prices so i follow totally target. i also like hunt 4 freebies. on facebook i follow budget 101, the also have a blog but i like the facebook page better.

You might also want join a couponing forum, the three big ones are afullcup, weusecoupons and hotcouponworld. Slickdeals also has good couponing posts but it isn't as user friendly as far as the format.

I also like hip2save and I get emails from bradsdeals.com too. I love that they provide the links right to the deal. Hip2save.com often has great Amazon deals. I just got a $5 coupon that I used on Amazon audible books. It was just a click to get it. Also just signed up for frugalmouse.com and it looks good.
