Somebody mentioned coffee? That is a vice? If so put me down for that. I probably have 8 cups a day.
(a temporary bad habit I developed was using a regular coffee maker to make up a strong batch of coffee. Refrigerate that, then pour in a bunch of that Oreo Cookie Creamer all into one of those big 32 oz Rtic mugs with some ice). I decided that was just a bad idea and quit doing it.
Pop for sure... I used to drink DIet Mtn Dew all the time. I would drink at least a 2l bottle a day. I have given that up. It has been months since I have had that. On occasion I will drink Pepsi or Coke.
My new "thing" seems to be the Crystal Light flavored tea mixes. I absolutely love that stuff. I am guessing it is probably as bad for you as the Diet Dew.
Wine, although I have cut WAY back on that. I drink maybe a 2-3 glasses a week as opposed to that much a night.

Soft candy like licorice, wine gums, etc. Love them all.

Does coffee count? if so, coffee.

Coffee is probably my worst. Even that I drink black and only in the morning. I've eliminated most of my bad habits. I smoked a long time ago, hopefully that doesn't catch up with me. My dad quit before I did and he has had his prostate and bladder removed recently now its moving to his bones.
I do look at my phone too much and rely on it to help me ignore other people.
Diet Coke, coffee, red wine, and Utz Sour Cream and Onion chips...only that brand. I could take or leave others, but the Utz brand will do me in every time. And if I’ve had more than one glass of wine, and those chips are in the house...the whole bag will be gone in one sitting.
