stitch's chili dog...jk! definitely the smell of sunscreen and storm along bay!

2. The smell around the Boardwalk/Beach/Yacht club area

Inside the Tower of Terror.

Ok, a big smell I remember that no one has said yet are the buses. Not outside (there's nothing really magical about that) but inside!

Some others are Soarin (orange grove!!!) and Philharmagic (apple pie mmmm!). Of course Disney water, and then the Main Street ice cream parlor.

I'm really curious about the Huanted Mansion and ToT now- I'll need to go smell them next time

Yep.
That's why for my last Disney trip, I bought a specific scent of body wash to use (Pineapple).

Now when I use the body wash, I'm instantly transported back to WDW.

I learned that trick after I used a specific body wash from camp for a couple of weeks, I got very claustrophobic remembering the tiny showers from camp xD

I do that every time I go on a trip, I bring a specific perfume/lotion that I use everyday.
My family has been using Australian Gold sunscreen in Florida ever since I was a little girl, and that smell instantly reminds me of all the memories I have from Florida/ Disney World!!

My top 3 smells are
1. Water Rides
2. The air/AC inside stores/hotels/monorails etc(I can't really explain this one...you guys know what I mean right?? lol)
3. Soarin'

I think that the reason that we remember/like the smell of Disney water so much is because it's (at least on Splash FOR SURE) required by law to be drinkable. That's what one of those Disney Tip guides said.
