Tomorrow is my Friday. I observe my pre-service teachers in a school for 2 and a half hours and them I am off until Monday. Maybe a nice walk with the dog and then taking the youngest to soccer. I plan to cook a nice meal for the family, too.

Take my oldest daughter to school, get to work early, do some paperwork, open up and do my appointments then stay after for a couple Jobs I'm working in, come home around 8:00 and flop on the couch till bedtime.

Get my granddaughter in school bus in morning and go back to sleep for a few hours. Do some cleaning and pick said granddaughter up at bus stop in afternoon.

Changing the bedding/washing sheets, making chicken soup and crafting. Also trying to finish a library book that’s due in three days. One hundred pages left. Pretty nice retirement life and I’m thankful for it.

Take my granddaughter to school, go to my volunteer job, take my dog to the groomer, eat lunch out, pick up dog food from the vet, pick up my dog from the groomer, pick up my daughter from work, take my daughter and granddaughter to a performance at the university.

Native American Day. Last year the Judicial Council of California designated it a Court Holiday in place of Columbus Day.

Gotcha. In US they added Native American Day to Thanksgiving so we get Thur & Fri off.

Work in morning and then took afternoon off to read by the pool as it’s the last hot day probably of the summer. I even moved a couple meetings to do it. Just needed the mental break.
