What are your new years plans?

Home. Apps for dinner. Champagne to drink. Usually in bed by 10. I may have a friend coming over so we’ll see what happens.

Nada and that's how we like it. Our days of parties and going out in the crowds are over.

I have a perfect view of the fireworks over the river from my bedroom window. So we'll open the window, stream the music, and enjoy the show.

Eve, appetizers. The family is coming for that. Need to go to Costco now for some more.

Day.....nothing. Just a regular day.....but grilling steak, bake sweet potatoes, green salad.....and trying my hand at creme brulee. We'll see how that goes

Work until 10:30. 45 minute drive home. Wake up DH for the New Year's kiss then go to sleep. At least this year I'll be awake at midnight.

My niece's birthday party in the afternoon and then probably just some snacks and hanging out...can't remember the last time I saw midnight on New Years
New Year's Day is usually pretty quiet...cinnamon buns and mimosas(for me) and then I will probably make a small prime rib

During the morning hours, in our RV travelling from Albany, GA (where we are now hubby working) to Baxley, GA to hubby's parents house. That night, hubby will be watching the Dawgs beat Ohio, I will be in the bedroom watching something else. It is firmly believed by the entire family I'm bad luck if I watch the games and I'm happy to go in the other room and watch something else. Hubby usually comes in and acts out all the highlights when they happen. After the game, it's bed for us, we don't normally stay up til midnight.

We got invited to a restaurant that we went to last year. We didn’t care for it so we passed on the invite. So guess we’re just staying home as of now.

Party at our house with the neighbors. Party is a bit of a stretch—2 other couples and whichever of their kids and our kids decide to join us. There will be football on, food, drinks and conversation. Sometimes some of us play games. Shortly after midnight they had back across the street to their houses.

A few people are coming over on New Year's Eve (I'll probably be in bed before midnight), and then New Year's Day we're going to the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philly to watch the Mummers' Fancy Brigade Finale.

Just spending time at home. I could go out on the deck or driveway to watch Disney fireworks, but I usually am asleep long before midnight. We have a rainy weather forecast for NYE, so I don’t know how that will affect fireworks anyway. January 1st is always quiet. I may watch the DVDs I received for Christmas.

No plans. No special meal. After having to cook everything for Thanksgiving and Christmas I give myself New Year’s off.

Disneyland! We're super excited and have been dreaming of going there over New Year's Eve for quite some time. We know it's going to be chaotic, but that's just the kind of fun we like lol

Most likely the same as the last 12+ years. On New Year's Eve we will go to a local restaurant around 5:30ish then head home. On New Year's Day, we'll go out for lunch then later visit my Mom.

My GF has been sick since Christmas so hoping she’s better by the weekend. Might go out early to have a couple cocktails and watch some football then head back to one of our homes to watch a movie or play a game or two, after that just watch the clock tick up to midnight.

At home ... with about 12 to 20 people playing games & DH is smoking a brisket. Mimosa bar, and lots of snacks.
