What are your eating habits?

I know some people have shared their eating habits here before, and I think it's really interesting! :) For example, CamColt doesn't eat after 4pm (I think I'd vaporize! :eek: j/k) and Snoopy always has a salad for lunch. Some people have to have a midnight snack before bed. Others only eat 3 meals a day. Some just graze throughout the day.

So what about you? :)
 
I'm a grazer... which is why I dont fit into my stupid clothes anymore...

I eat when I am bored... I just bought a bunch of healthy snacks though for work...

My boss, I swear she is trying to fatten me up! She always brings in cookies and stuff and then makes a comment when Joe coworker) and I dont eat them... ahhh the pressure!!
 
On workdays I eat breakfast about 5:30am, and a second meal around 2pm. That's usually about it unless I have a snack around 6pm. Weekends it's just a free-for-all;)

I don't have good eating habits, but right now am doing nothing to change them.
 
Just to clarify, I dont eat after 4:00 on days when Im trying to be good, not everyday. Like Micca, I have sort of a free for all on weekends. :D
 
;) CamColt! I hope you don't think I'm stalking you so something! LOL I just remember you posting about not eating after 4 on some days - and I always think to myself, I would faint for sure!! :eek: LOL
 
ROFL! Nope, no problem. :D I just didnt want people thinking Im a saint who really never takes a bite that late...ever. Im not that good or that dedicated. ;)
 
I eat 3 small meals and 3 snacks usually...sticking to the food pyramid pretty much. Sounds like a lot, doesn't it? It really isn't, and if I'm faithful and exercise I lose weight (have about 25lbs to lose) and feel so much better. Example:


B- raisin bran, oj

S- glass of skim milk, banana

L- tuna sandwich on whole wheat (don't like mayo), carrot

S- glass of skim milk, strawberries

D- small salad (plain...don't like dressing), grilled chicken, asparagus, beans

S- fudgcicle

Works for me. I find that by eating every 2 or 3 hours I don't get very hungry and don't overeat at meals.
 
I always try to use a kinfe, fork, and spoon to eat, at least when other people are around. . .

My eating habits are boring. :teeth:

I don't ever eat sweets of any kind, haven't for four years.

I eat oatmeal or cereal for breakfast.

I eat some sort of salad or Lean Cuisne/WW/Healthy Choice meal for lunch.

Ditto for dinner. ;)

I snack on yogurt, nonfat cottage cheese and Healthy Pop popcorn.

I rarely eat fast food or pizza, can't stand fried foods.

Told you I was boring. ;)
 
Boring here, too.

Breakfast: yogurt & cereal, fruit or OJ (IF I get around to it)

Lunch: Depends on whether or not I got around to breakfast. Lunch is my BIG meal of the day - I pig out on whatever's handy and fast, 'cuz I'm usually too busy to put much thought into it. could be anything from a healthy salad to 3 burritos from taco bell.

Dinner: Salad & Salmon is my fav - not too heavy, but fills me up so I can sleep.

But now that I'm not traveling all the time anymore, maybe I will do better!
 
My only habit is to not eat anything yucky. lol

I'm guilty of snacking and spending too much at Starbucks:) I love movie theater popcorn and just about any kind of soft drink
