so I'm drinking coffee. Starbucks Verona. I buy the beans and grind myself and it makes delicious coffee. I think mine is better than what they brew at the stores.

Oh - I'm also having water. I have a rule to drink a glass of water for every cup of coffee I drink. Coffee dehydrates you.
