What are you doing with your tax refund?

Finally getting new floors! Bamboo and porcelain in all rooms except the master bedroom (I work for a flooring company so I got my material either cheap cheap or free - just have to pay for the install!). I'll work on that later, when I can figure out what I want.

Pay for our first Disney trip, buy some new furniture (couch, chair), buy a new laptop, a couple hundred for each of us for fun money, the rest will go into savings.

Going to the mortgage...we bought another house 2 years ago and want to pay it off this year. Every extra $ goes there.

Wow! You must be getting a big refund too! I don't get my taxes done till tomorrow, but hoping for enough to pay for my dogs leg surgery. I wish it were going towards a vacation like I originally wanted, but that isn't going to happen

$600 in local taxes, $400 in heating oil, the rest in the bank because we are sure to get one more oil fill this year.

Put it in the savings account (for a car) already....I did splurge and bought pre-shredded lettuce at the grocery store instead of a head of lettuce that I would of had to cut up myself the day it got deposited into our checking account! LOL!!!

We're taking a vacation (cruise) and paying off the little bit of wedding we have left on the credit card. I think we might have enough to buy a new entertainment unit or at least a good chunk of it.

After 2 years living in a College Apartment.... we are moving north to a nicer neighborhood.

Refund will cover:
First Month
Security Deposit
Renting the truck

Still have to save for:
Last Month (My current lease required it, but not everyone includes this as part of the lease)
Pet Deposit (Thinking about getting a cat)
Labor: Need to take out friends and family that helped move for lunch (Nice thing to do.)

Boxes are free from Work

Not looking forward to searching for apartments...

College tuition...our oldest son is a freshman in college this year, so 3 more years, and then our younger son starts. We have 7 years left of paying for college. Ugh!

We bought our DD18 a 2003 Dodge Neon. She will be leaving for college this summer so she really needed it and I need my car back since she is always driving it to work and school.

I have been paying on a hospital bill for a couple of years now. It's time to pay that off. Our tv is messing up and I've been promising the hubby a flat screen for a long time. I found a new tv stand that I'd like to buy while we're at it

My commission checks this year are going toward next year's WDW vacation.

For the past 3 years we have used the tax return to go to Disney!!!! We see it as a savings plan....lol....Tax lady told us that next years return will be much less looks like I had better start my own savings account... We have stopped eating out and have saved A LOT! It is amazing how much money we were spending at resturants..

We using part of ours to take a vacation. Unfortunately not Disney. Next year's will hopefully be back to Disney. Use some of it to get DW a new car and use the rest to pay off the credit card from last year's Disney trip.
