What are you doing with your developer points?

Living close to DL with annual passes, I spread my 160 DP into:

1 Week Night - DHR - Premium View
1 Week night - PP - Concierge
1 Week Night - PP - DCA View
3 Separate Week Nights - GCH - DTD View

In my job we get every other Friday off, so I was able to book individual Thursday nights during Adventure & Choice Seasons to maximize the points and value.

I have had a long desire to stay at the 3 DL Resorts but the high rack rates stopped me from booking. I am very happy that I get to try each of the resorts.

We've just used half of the DP points for 2 nights at the GCH over Valentine's Day weekend! Don't they go quickly....

Dinner is booked Saturday night at the Club and we'll probably dine at Napa Rose on Sunday. A couple of breakfasts at Storyteller's with our favorite characters should round out the weekend.

We will stay at SSR, in a one bedroom, for six nights in September. Then we will move over to BLT for two or three nights after that. Since the days we move to BLT will be during DH's and my birthdays, we are going to do it right. One bedroom with a Magic Kingdom view.

It was the best deal since I am traveling weekend nights during premier season. I got 160 DP but got 190 free points out of it!!!

We're heading to SSR May 9-15...staying in a Studio the first night, then moving to a 1BR for the remainder. DH and I really only bought enough points to assure ourselves a couple stays in Studio rooms each year, but I just know that staying in a 1BR on our very first DVC vacation is going to completely spoil us, and "Addonitis" is going to strike!

While nothing is booked yet - we plan on using ours at SSR to take my DSis to her very first trip to WDW.

DLR in July, debating whether to book DLH or GCH. We are staying at the GCH in May and possibly in Sept so I'm thinking of trying something different in July but keep hearing bad reviews of DLH... Will we be disappointed?

We were gonna use them for August and stay 5 nights in a two bedroom, but my birthday and my daughters birthday are the same weekend in June! We could't resist giving up one night for our birthdays!

So we will be at SSR June 14 - 18 !

I got my confirmation and it didn't reflect the dining plan. I called and they said it was there and that they'd send me a new confirmation...got it two days ago..it still doesn't show the dining! Is that normal for DP reservations?

I'm getting 2 ssr trips out of ours. We had the 1st already Jan 1-5 and LOVED SSR. To all those worried that SSR just isn't for you... give it a try. I was skeptical and made a believer!
