What are those neck cooler thingy's called?

What are those neck cooler scarves called that you dip in water for a few minutes and it cools you for several hours. I saw some on a shopping channel but can't seem to recall the name of the product so I was not able to do a search for it on line. Anyone know what the name of this product is?

Can't remember the brand name, but I purchased some neck coolers from Wal Mart last year in the camping section. They look like a folded up bandana, and they have gel inside. You soak them in cold water and they swell up and stay cool for a while. I wasn't really fond of them myself, but my mother loves hers.

I get these at Wal Mart. They are called "Aqua Cool" at WM. They are in the sporting goods section. They are really cheap. DH works in a warehouse and uses them all summer. He says they really help.
