What are they building at Eagle Pines Golf Course?

When we were driving around we saw them clearing ground where Eagle Pines was. I thought I read about private homes going in there. Or was it going to be a Four Seasons Hotel? Anyone know what's happening there?

It will be both. The Eagle Pines area is now being developed by Four Seasons and will have fractional ownerships, resort as well as private homes.

I don't know the timetable, but certainly the work is underway!

I played Osprey Ridge two weeks ago and the cast members at the course were saying that much of the new project is on hold because of the economy. Although, they were still moving dirt in the Eagle Pines area while I was there. The positive part of the delay is that Osprey Ridge will stay open to Disney guests for a while longer while the Four Seasons project is delayed.
