What are the WORST values on the DDP?

A 1/2 pint of milk is a horrible use of a snack credit. I sent DH to get a quart of milk and he came back with 3 of these tiny school sized milks and used 3 of our snack credits to get them. AHHHGG! Don't do that.

You guys can be the first to hear that I made my 100# goal yesterday!! Wish I could report that I now look like a super model but am still a long way away.

gower525, be aware that men do such things so that we do not ask them to do anything ever again. They are devious creatures. I have been married to one for nearly 35 years and it took me a couple of decades to figure this out. :confused3

ChipNDale, I have never actually killed a pedometer but have wanted to. The problem with pedometers, as with many weigh loss aids, are they are not made for fat folks. There is nothing more frustrating than walking for miles and miles and checking the pedometer which shows you have gone 28 steps. The roll of fat around my waist keeps it from being accurate sometimes. :scared1:

My junkyard dog gets up late in the day and sits in front of the TV, next to the refrig in the kitchen, all day long, goes to bed early and has dropped 20 pounds accidentally. He did give up having 4ths though. I hate him!!!! It is not fair at all!!!!:sad2:

I do not spend much on souveniers etc. I am always saving for my next trip to DW! From the sound of the new plans I will either have to save more, stay fewer days and most definitely am not interested in going for FD anymore. Not worth the heat to save so little. Giving up a $30 room discount plus having to pay tips which might be $20 a day or so would negate any savings, not to mention having to pay more for staying over weekends. For those who stay 5 or less days it will work though. Will encourage shorter, not longer stays I think. We shall see.

I am fixing the end of the porch today since hubby is being cared for by his brother for the next couple of days. I can work harder if I do not have to keep stopping to cook meals or find things for a man.

Woot Woot Congrats on 100# That is great.:woohoo::dance3::yay::woohoo:

Yeah i dont spend Much :lmao: either on souvernEARS, just a few new shirts, some gifts, presents, photopass cd, ohh and umm Pins yep Pins is what takes my money!

Yeah they way Disney vacations are changing for 2008 it is not looking good that we will be able to go. Price changes by day, the dinning plans mass overhaul, But hey if we get a good offer we might be able to go back but most likely for a much much shorter time :sad2:

ChipNDale, thanks, I deserve it! Really. I have worked for nearly 3 years to get here. Even I am proud of myself. :cool1:

I buy my shirts on sale at Goodwill, WM etc. I think the only DW shirt I ever bought on property is on the Oct trip many years ago when we got off the cruise and it was freezing cold so I bought a sweatshirt and wore it every day until it warmed up.

I have gobs of pins. I bought many the year I was told I did not have much longer to live and thought it would be my last trip (fooled them huh?) and then I have gobs and gobs of Millionaire pins. I miss that attraction sooooo much!! I really collect my memories of the folks I meet in the parks, DISers or not. Of course, when I get done with them I convert the nonbelievers into DISers.

The room rates and AP rates will be the deciding factor as to whether we will go again next year and for how long. It simply is not worth the trip and fuss for us to go for only 5 days or so.

jcemom, I almost forgot to say Thankee to you also. I appreciate any appreciation at all. I have children and rely on the kindness of strangers. :rotfl2:

Congrats on losing the part of you that you did not need :yay:

I'm trying to lose 25, which seems like a huge deal to me.

william4192, I used to be guilty :guilty: of dismissing folks who only had a few pounds to lose since I had so many myself. However, I have gotten wiser in my 'old' age and now realize that those who get 'on the ball' regarding losing weight earlier are quite smarter than I was and I applaud them, and you, for being so wise.

I know you can do it. Just realize that it did not come on overnight and will not go away that way either. Dieting is not the answer as this is something that we have to live with each and every day the rest of our lives. One step at a time and do not worry if occasionally you fall off the wagon. It is not falling off that is the problem it is the not getting back on.

Keep in touch and let us know how you are doing?:)
