What are the newest park things?

I moved away from Orlando in January 2015 and for the last year I have been so sad about leaving WDW that I sort of ignored all the changes. We are going back in June of this year for a week. Can someone fill me in on the newest things at the world and things that are coming that will be around in June? I am working on doing my research too but I have always trusted you guys to help me out.

Rivers of Light, Sunset Kilimanjaro Safari, both at AK. New Frozen attraction in Epcot. All are rumored to be open by the time you get there. Many changes at Disney Springs as well. Soarin's re-opening is 'Summer 2016' so if you're lucky you'll see it - I don't know if June is too early though.

Any earlier than June and you likely won't see any of the changes going on right now. Hollywood Studios is just starting to undergo a major overhaul, so as time goes on it will become more and more "cluttered" as construction starts and rides close. By June and July though you should see many of the above things open, or at least close to opening. The later in the year you go the better.

Yea I wish i could go later to for sure see some of these changes. What will be there though will be good.

Skipper's Canteen restaurant in Adventureland is now open.

Also, the new Peter Pan's Flight queue I think opened after you left. It has new effects and interactive elements and is indoors. It also used to be restrooms.

I think everyone has covered the big stuff that's coming, but there are a few other smaller things that have opened / will open very soon - mostly Meet & Greets, though.

They have added the Launch Bay area in HS with lots of Star Wars props, etc, on display, trading with the Jawas, and Meet & Greets for Chewbacca and Kylo Ren (Vader's there now, but Ren's supposed to replace him next month). They're also expected to open a Meet & Greet for Ezra and Sabine from Star Wars Rebels soon. On a non-Star Wars front, the new Club Disney dance party area opened recently in HS next to RnRC.

In Epcot, Baymax has started meeting again and Joy and Sadness from Inside Out will be coming next month. The new Frozen ride and M&G should be open by June as well, as others have mentioned.
