What are the incentives for AKV?

I am so hoping Disney will sell me a 100 point DVC @ AKV. I can't find my paperwork DVC had mailed to me and my guide is away until Monday. I want to know what AKV points are going for. ?????? Thank you

Incentives are based on point levels and new or existing members. Currently points are 112 per point. If you are a new member and looking to buy direct from Disney, I would guess (and it is strictly that) because its not a minimum buy-in contract... that you would get maybe $6.00 off per point and with a member referral (if eligible) you would get another $5.00 per point!

When I buy I will be a new member- At the 100pt level- I was offered $13 off a pt. So, $99 a point direct from Disney. If you go higher than that it was $19 off a point. That was this past week when I spoke to a rep from WDW.
I think, I am going to wait for my cruise in March though, as it sounds like I may get an even better incentive.

Good to wait till your ready..but..Remember...Prices will rise yearly (sometimes twice)...so...you take a chance.

remember that the 100 point buy in (if still offered) is an incentive that can go away at any time. If you wait until your cruise they may not be offering it anymore. Meaning you would get a better price per point, but have to buy 160.

AHHH. I'm glad I was reading today. Does that mean if you are a new buyer that an incentive now (for AKV?) is you would only have to buy 100 as opposed to the normal 160?
