What are the Grad Night dates this year?

Looks like April 23, 24, 30, and May 1 & 2. The MK closes at 7 pm on those nights.

What are grad nights?
Will they affect us on those days? (other than the early closing)

The MK closes early and opens for high school seniors. (I think it's 9 pm - 2 am) They have headline singers performing thought out the night. At the high school I work at their grad night is May 1st. The students start off with a kick off dancing party at Pleasure Island and then to MK until 2 am.

Okay--doesn't sound like it will affect us.

I was worried & excited at the same time--We did an e-night when we went in '99 (My husband says it was the best 10 bucks we ever spent!) and there were a lot of prom kids there at the same time. For just a second I thought maybe there would be an e-night associated with the grad nights. But if they have headline singers for grad night, I don't think they'll share with us. Oh well.

You will notice alot of teen on the loose at the parks during those days though. We were there during grad night last year, and holey moley...teens everywhere! I have a young teen, so I have nothing against them, but last year they were smoking in lines, swearing up a storm, really acting out since they were unchaperoned. Not my favorite Disney experience.

The 24th is going to be our special day--breakfast with Cinderella!!!!!

Maybe if the teens are up playing all night they will still be sleeping in late on the 24th! It was at MGM in line for RnRC that we seemed to "find" most of them. Have a magical breakfast!!
