What are the dates for these great rates at the All-Stars and moderates?

I have a son who'll be playing football so I'm a little restricted on dates I can use. I also want to take my brother, his wife and my two nieces who have never been to WDW so I really need good rates if possible. I really want to share that WDW magic with my brother's family. I'd love to pay for their room as a surprise if I can. So, Help!!! What are the dates for these rates?

the 49.00 All-Star and 89.00 Moderate rates are being secured for the August 9th thru October 3rd or 4th time frame. Hope this helps.
