Was at the member update today. If I got it correctly, it's 95/point, 8 off making it 87/point. no 2005 maintenance fees, and a 1-time bonus of 100 points. Price increases to 98/point on June 19, and if I understood correctly, the incentives go away.
That's on a minimum of 120 points.

On a 30-pt add-on the price would be $95 ea and you need to pay cash for the points. There's a minimum threshold of 50 pts if you want to finance through DVC and 100 pts to take advantage of any promotional discounts being offered.
