Thanks for the reply. I was forgetting the fish & meat course, and instead was combining them into a single entree course.
Never had a 10-course meal (but will be dining at V&A in the near future, so we're looking forward to that treat!)

My understanding is:
Amuse Boushe are hors d'oeuvres or a light appetizer
Intermezzo (?) - not exactly sure what the COURSE entails, but I would think it's some sort of break in the meal based on the name. Hopefully someone can chime in.
Friandise (second dessert?) - yep - sort of a light dessert: petit fours
