What are the best days to visit the parks????

Going in August, thinking of doing MK, MGM, AK, Sea World and Universal. What are the best days to go to each? I know I saw a chart somewhere here before.

I'm looking for info on this, as well. We're going soon, and are staying off site, so I'm wanting to find out what days to go to which parks.

Is it best for "off-siters" to go to parks on non-EMH days, for instance.
